On the Holy See's declaration and the Marian titles of Co-Redemptrix and Mediatrix
Just as God gave to Adam, in the person of Eve, a helper similar to himself, so too God gave to the new Adam (Jesus Christ), Mary, the new Eve, as a helper similar to Him.
